AI App Rescue

Your app almost works. Let’s find out what is real.

If you have a prototype, AI workflow, dev handoff, or tool stack that feels promising but fragile, I can help you sort out what is useful, what is risky, and what is worth building next.

send me the messy thing

This is for you if

  • You built something with AI and hit the wall where screens exist but the system does not really work.
  • You hired a developer and still cannot tell whether the app is solid.
  • You have important workflow knowledge trapped in docs, forms, spreadsheets, chats, or one person’s head.
  • You are tired of evaluating tools and need a practical technical owner for the next decision.
  • You need to know what not to automate yet.

What I look for

  • The real workflow underneath the tool.
  • Missing data, auth, permissions, hosting, and handoff pieces.
  • Places AI can help versus places normal software or process is safer.
  • Whether the prototype is salvageable, should be rebuilt, or should stay manual.
  • The smallest next step that would create actual confidence.

What you get

  • A map of the current workflow and system.
  • A risk and ownership review.
  • A short list of what to keep, fix, stop, or rebuild.
  • A 30-day practical next-step plan.
  • Optional build or cleanup proposal if there is a clear path.

Not a fit

This is probably not a fit if you want generic prompt coaching, cheap task execution with no context, or AI added before the workflow is understood. It also will not work well if there is no owner for the decision after the diagnosis.

You do not need a perfect brief. Send the app, the repo, the screenshots, the workflow, the PRD, the Loom, or the confusing explanation you have been repeating. That is enough to start.
